Nice guy, poor communication

Andres came out to look at our house and we hope to have him work on our deck. He is a very nice guy and comes highly recommended. We liked him.
So far, we don’t have a date set for the project and we haven’t heard back from him (met in June). Giving two stars since there is no project timeline or date set and no follow up communication. I am concerned it will be a long time if and when we hear from him again.
