Fast but pricey, unclear communication, no clean up after work

Chris responded quickly to my request based on a Referral. Quality of work is good, but he is $50/hr over other electricians in the area, at $150/hr. (Pricey). $750 to hang a ceiling fan (high, with scaffold) and two other lights.
He mentioned his price “is what it is” when I asked about rates initially. I was in a hurry before family arriving, so I hired him. He did not clean up after the messy work, nor move the furniture back in place (I was on a work call when he left). He left me a hand written invoice with no instructions of how or when to pay. When I asked via text for email receipt/invoice for my tax records and to pay him he scoffed and basically said no and that he expected payment already. For a $750 job, I’d expect a professional invoice w payment instructions.
Overall, this contractor seems cocky and resting on his laurels, he must have enough local work at his price or up-charges us out of staters! Not a great value for the whole package. Little things and customer service matter!
