Collignon Roofing

In July, 2018 we needed to replace our roof. Collignon did the work for us that summer and did a high-quality job. In the Spring of 2019 I contacted Collignon to ask about cost for repairing damage caused by the ice dams that, again, formed during the winter. Sarah (the office manager) scheduled someone to assess the damage and contacted me to report that they needed to replace one of the damaged panels. And, she said–the work would be done at no charge. It took a while to schedule the repair work because of Covid and the back-log they experienced but they eventually replaced the panel. As with most of my experiences working with contractors (not just in Angel Fire but anywhere) you must be willing to initiate the follow-up to see where things are with scheduling. I was just happy to know that they stood behind their workmanship and materials. Both Oliver (the new owner) and Sarah were extremely nice to work with and very forthcoming with information.

I’m rating this a 4-star experience only because I had to initiate most of the calls to solicit updates during the process of getting the work scheduled and completed.
