Salicido Gravel

I hired H. Salicido apply a topcoat stucco layer to the front of my house. There was a section in which the color was obviously 3-4 shades off from the rest of the job, possibly due to improper mixing or an actual bag of the wrong color. I called him out and showed him the issue. He agreed to fix. He left my house and I’ve never seen him again. He will not answer on return my calls. Unfortunately the job had been paid in full as I was in my Tx home when the job was completed. 1 1/2 years later I ran into him at a local shop and reminded him of the repair, he said he would be there in one hr. He never showed.
